At the third round of the CMA Hare Srambles Series in Conestoga, ON, July 8, racers paid an emotional tribute to Nigel Boerkamp, who was killed in an accident four days earlier.

The entire Pro class wore Boerkamp's #8, and a placeholder for Boerkamp can be seen in the front line. Pro class rider Kevin Cockayne stands next to family friend Bryan Marshall on the far right.
